HAPPINESS

I have always know you choose whether or not to be happy and angry but it's amazing how much others play into your emotions...
I thought today was going to be a good day I was up and slept fairly well. Jason got home and was happy the kids were happy what more could I want right? Liz and I got ready to go into town so I could get some supplies for activity days this afternoon. Which was fun we went to lunch after our errands were ran and Celebrated a friends birthday...but then things took a turn for the worse my friend and I got in a fight (pretty immature right?) but we did which put a damper on things and left me wondering what did I do wrong, did I even do anything wrong? ugh I hate being emotional! lol so now things are going better but I sure was upset so needless to say while yes we can determine our happiness our decision becomes clouded depending on those around us...and the circumstances around us... GOOD NIGHT!
